On May 5th, we hosted our fourth Stories from the Summit with Julia Sora Wykoff, the 17-year-old founder of Zeal Cares. Inspired by a friend’s mom who was battling breast cancer and suffering from dry skin, Julia decided to help children going through the same chemotherapy treatments. Julia’s business makes all natural, antioxidant-rich products created to deeply hydrate lips and skin. For every single lip balm sold, another is donated to a child or young adult with cancer. What started out as experiments with different oils in her kitchen, Zeal Cares has grown into a successful business that includes partnerships with over 30 hospitals in 18 states. Our One Summit community of mentors, little warriors, and families came together to hear Julia’s incredible story of resilience in business and beyond. It was an evening of laughter and insight as Julia spoke about the importance of community and doing the best you can, no matter how difficult the situation.
