Dianne M. Lynch brings a unique perspective within the world of cancer to One Summit.  A caregiver, bereaved parent, patient, survivor and passionate cancer advocate, she is driven by a deep sense of purpose, knowing first hand the impact of building self-confidence, courage and resilience in pediatric cancer patients and their families. An accomplished professional in the non-profit, special events and sports marketing industry it is Dianne’s mission to leverage her personal and professional experience to grow One Summit and provide support, understanding and compassion to our families, mentors and community.

Ali Lamson

Ali Lamson

Ali Lamson comes to One Summit with her own story. Like many of us, she was affected by cancer when her close childhood friend, Nora, was diagnosed and passed away from Synovial Sarcoma. Since then, she has been greatly motivated to support patients and their families through volunteering at various cancer-focused organizations, including Make-a-Wish and Riley Rocks Memorial Foundation. Upon graduation from Bucknell University, Ali worked at Boston Children’s Hospital, most recently as a Senior Development Associate on the Foundation Relations team. Ali joins One Summit to bring the Development and Communications programs to the next level. She resides in Cambridge, MA.

Max Svec

Max Svec

Max Svec is on a mission to leave the world better than he found it. He graduated from Quinnipiac University with a degree in Film, Video, and Interactive Media and quickly fell in love with the nonprofit world and working with purpose. Upon graduation, Max worked at The Hole in the Wall Gang Camp, first as a videographer and then as a Hospital Outreach Specialist. In his most recent role before joining One Summit, Max served as Media Program Manager at Boston Children’s Hospital, where he oversaw all operations of Seacrest Studios, the hospital’s in-house broadcasting studio exclusively for patients and families. Max brings a passion for program management, community building, and having a little fun to One Summit. He resides in Salisbury, MA, with his wife Julie.
